Update Team Home Page & Team Settings

Team Home Page

The Team Home page includes Team Info, NewsFacebook feeds, and much more! Team Settings allows you to display and undisplay certain personnel and player information.

*Any volunteer allocated to a team can edit that team's page.

Steps to Update Team Home Page & Team Settings:

  1. Go to Team Central >> Team Directory >> Team Home.

  2. Click on Team Settings.

  3. Give your team a short description in the Team Info box.
  4. Add a Facebook ID. *Note: this is found at the end your profile’s URL.

  5. Add a Twitter ID. *Note: this is found at the end your twitter URL.

  6. Insert your Google Calendar embed code. See Steps to Embed a Google Calendar.
  7. Insert an embed code for a SombreroPAY™ Widget.
  8. Choose which information you’d like to be displayed on the team’s roster by putting a check mark in the boxes under Team Personnel and Team Roster. *Note: this is also where you can add player jersey number and position.

  9. Click on Upload New Photo under Team Photo. *Note: if you're using Internet Explorer, you may need to toggle between compatibility view and noncompatibility view at the top of your browser in order to see the upload options.
  10. Click on Choose File to choose an image from your computer.
  11. Locate the image on your computer, select it, and then click Open.
  12. Click Upload.
  13. Drag the edges of the crop box to crop the photo. *Note: the photo must be cropped to move on.
  14. Click on Crop.
  15. Click on Save Photo.
  16. When you're finished, click Update at the bottom of the page.
